Another year of our programme intervention at the community level has gone by. Murshidabad Educational Welfare Trust has been able to continue the activities in Murshidabad districts of West Bengal. There were several challenges during the last year to continue the activities but with dedicated staff members and participation of the communities, it has been possible to continue the field level activities. The organization has focused more on reaching out to the underserved communities and particularly to the children and women. Education and health are the two major domains on which the organization has been working since its inception. The process of reaching out to the underserved communities was not an easy task as these people have been deprived over the years. On behalf of Murshidabad Educational Welfare Trust, I am extremely happy to inform you that we have completed our journey of 1 year with immense support from the communities, our supporters, and Govt. administration and of course our dedicated team members. However, despite these challenges, thanks to the continued support of all our members, partners and supporters that helps us to overcome those hurdles. We are planning to have new ideas implementation plan for the targeted community in near future.
